Important Information Regarding COVID-19
In recognition of ongoing news reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, we realize our patients have questions. Dr. Yeh and the entire team at Pinole Endodontics want to assure you that we follow all the guidelines made by ADA, CDC, and OHSA. We take proactive measures to ensure both your and our safety so that we can continue to provide excellent dental care.
All endodontic procedures are performed under rubber dam isolation, which significantly minimizes bacterial contamination (p less than 0.001) of the atmosphere and the inhalation of infective aerosols.
- All patients will be screened prior to their appointment to assure they have no known risk factors. This includes no active fever, no sick contacts, no recent travel, and no contacts with anyone from a high-risk area in addition to other screening questions.
- All patients will undergo a temperature screen outside the office space by a member of our team.
- All staff will wear face masks during all patient interactions and all patients are expected to wear face coverings as well while in the office as consistent with state guidelines requiring face covering while in public space.
- The waiting room will not be used and all patients who have passed the screening will be taken directly to their room.
- Appointment times will be staggered to limit the number of patients in the office.
- No guests will be allowed in with the patient unless medically necessary.
- While rooms have always been fully cleaned between patients, we are taking extra precautions to assure all surfaces including door handles, sinks, chairs, mirrors are meticulously sanitized between patients.
We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.
